Nicht in Holz oder Kunststoff wurde und wird gebohrt. Massive Betondecken- und W\u00e4nde sind das Bearbeitungsfeld der S\u00e4gebl\u00e4tter und Bohrk\u00f6pfe.<\/p>\n<p>Beim Begehen der im Jahr 2000 gebauten Halle werden die Gesch\u00e4ftsmodelle sichtbar: Beton-S\u00e4gebl\u00e4tter in allen Gr\u00f6\u00dfen bis 180 cm Durchmesser, massive Betonbohrk\u00f6pfe, Trockenger\u00e4te und Einblastechnik f\u00fcr das Ausf\u00fcllen von Hohlr\u00e4umen beherrschen die Lagerpl\u00e4tze. Bei den Beton-S\u00e4gen und Bohrk\u00f6pfen wird der Unterschied zu &#8222;normalen&#8220; Schneidewerkzeugen deutlich: Die Spitzen sind Keilf\u00f6rmig aus Hartmetall, das Material besteht aus Carbonstahl, oder Chrom-Nickel-Molypd\u00e4n-Stahl. Beim Bohren schneidet sich das Werkzeug nicht in den Untergrund, sondern zertr\u00fcmmert mit kleinen Schl\u00e4gen das Material. Ein wichtiges Stichwort ist das &#8222;ersch\u00fctterungsfreie&#8220; Bohren und S\u00e4gen. Originalton von Manfred Dziuba und Andreas Tepferd: Wenn wir in einem Krankenhaus im Erdgeschoss Beton bohren und s\u00e4gen, kann im OP-Saal des Obergeschosses weitergearbeitet werden, das ist &#8222;ersch\u00fctterungsfrei&#8220;.<\/p>\n<p>Um Betons\u00e4getechnik wirkungsvoll einzusetzen, ist umfangreiches Know-how Grundvoraussetzung. Dies wird durch Andreas Tepferd gew\u00e4hrleistet, der \u00fcber umfangreiches Wissen verf\u00fcgt &#8211; auch vor dem Hintergrund seiner Kenntnisse als gepr\u00fcfter Werkpolier f\u00fcr Abbruch- und Betontrenntechnik. Zus\u00e4tzlich ist Andreas Tepferd &#8211; der Schwiegersohn von Manfred Dziuba &#8211; Inhaber einer Lizenz f\u00fcr Ger\u00fcstbau und Stahlmontagebau. Ebenso hat A.
