Genauer gesagt seit 1965 als der Senior der Familie Gabriel Trovato erstmalig Eis in S\u00fcdlohn produzierte.<\/p>\n<p>Gabriel Trovato und Ehefrau Lina kommen aus Syrakus an der s\u00fcd\u00f6stlichen K\u00fcste Siziliens, einer Stadt mit rund 120.000 Einwohnern. 2005 verlieh die UNESCO dem Ensemble von St\u00e4tten und Denkm\u00e4lern in Syrakus und Pantalica aufgrund ihrer Einzigartigkeit den Titel &#8222;Weltkulturerbe&#8220; der Menschheit.<\/p>\n<div class=\"mceTemp\"><\/div>\n<p>Gabriel und Lina Trovato waren schon in Syrakus mit Kunst des Eismachens vertraut. 1965 wagten Sie den Schritt \u00fcber die Alpen und fanden im Hause Schulten eine Bleibe. Die fr\u00fchere Gastst\u00e4tte Schulten bot ideale Voraussetzungen, um mit der Herstellung von Eis zu beginnen und eine Eisdiele zu er\u00f6ffnen. Es gab einen festen Fahrplan, Kinder, Jugendliche und nat\u00fcrlich auch Erwachsene warteten immer sehns\u00fcchtig auf den &#8222;Eismann&#8220;, um sein Eis zu genie\u00dfen.<\/p>\n<p>Die Zeiten \u00e4ndern sich: Die Lehrerin Maria Schulten verstarb, im Jahre 1980 erwarb Gabriel Trovato das Anwesen der ehemaligen Gastst\u00e4tte Schulten und etablierte sein &#8222;Eiscaf\u00e9 Florenz&#8220;. Das Eis schmeckt sehr gut &#8211; &#8222;molto buono&#8220; hei\u00dft es im Italienischen. &#8222;Das hat seinen Grund,&#8220; betont Valeria Trovato:<\/p>\n<p>&#8222;Seitdem mein Vater die Eisdiele er\u00f6ffnet hat, nutzen wir nur die besten Zutaten. Statt irgendwelcher Pulver nehmen wir noch echte Vollmilch und auch sonst nur frische Produkte. Das macht unser Eis so cremig. In Italien sagen wir zu einem solchen Eis &#8222;Gelato artigianale&#8220; (ital. f\u00fcr &#8222;handwerkliches Eis&#8220;) Wir produzieren lieber kleine Mengen f\u00fcr eine stets gute und frische Qualit\u00e4t&#8220;<\/p>\n<p>Man sp\u00fcrt, dass Valeria Trovato stolz ist, die Tradition der &#8222;Kunst des Eismachens&#8220; fortzusetzen.
