um 1920<\/p><\/div>\n<p>Die Geschichte des Landhandels B\u00f6ckenhoff beginnt im Jahre 1851 mit dem Bau einer Windm\u00fchle in Nichtern durch Anton Schulze Hessing. Eingerichtet war die M\u00fchle als Korn- und \u00d6lm\u00fchle. Schon 1854 erfolgte ein ersten Umbau mit der Einrichtung eines Graupenganges f\u00fcr die \u00d6lm\u00fchle. Der damalige P\u00e4chter Josef B\u00f6ckenhoff r\u00fcstete die M\u00fchle mit einer Lokomobile aus, durch den Einsatz dieser Dampfmaschinenanlage wurde der Betrieb erstmalig mechanisiert. Im Jahre 1904 hat Josef B\u00f6ckenhoff die M\u00fchlenanlage vom bisherigen Besitzer Anton Schulze Hessing k\u00e4uflich erworben.<\/p>\n<p>Durch die inzwischen erfolgte Mechanisierung mittels Dampfkraft war die nicht immer zur Verf\u00fcgung stehende<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_1952\" style=\"width: 260px\" class=\"wp-caption alignright\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.heimatverein-suedlohn.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/11\/2.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-1952\" class=\"size-full wp-image-1952\" src=\"http:\/\/www.heimatverein-suedlohn.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/11\/2.jpg\" alt=\"Windm\u00fchle B\u00f6ckenhoff 1959\" width=\"250\" height=\"172\" \/><\/a><p id=\"caption-attachment-1952\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Windm\u00fchle B\u00f6ckenhoff 1959<\/p><\/div>\n<p>Windkraft nicht mehr erforderlich, die Fl\u00fcgel der Windm\u00fchle wurden 1922 demontiert. Am Karfreitag des Jahres 1945 wurde die M\u00fchle durch alliierte Fliegerangriffe v\u00f6llig zerst\u00f6rt und in den Folgejahren 1945 bis 1946 in ver\u00e4nderter Form wieder aufgebaut.<\/p>\n<p>Seit Menschengedenken wissen die Getreideproduzenten, dass Getreide f\u00fcr dauerhafte und schadensfreie Lagerung getrocknet werden muss. Getreide ist erst ab ca. 14,5 % Feuchte sicher lagerf\u00e4hig. 1962 wurde eine Getreidetrockenanlage eingebaut, um die sichere Voraussetzung f\u00fcr Lagerf\u00e4higkeit zu schaffen.<\/p>\n<p>Im Jahre 1979 erfolgte die Gr\u00fcndung der &#8222;Landhandel und M\u00fchle B\u00f6ckenhoff GmbH&#8220;, damit ist ein Grundstein f\u00fcr Expansion und Weiterentwicklung des Familienunternehmens sichergestellt. Die weitere Entwicklungsschritte zeigen auf, dass die Entwicklung kontinuierlich fortschreitet und damit die Wettbewerbsf\u00e4higkeit gegeben ist:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1964 &#8211; Einbau der ersten Hammerm\u00fchle f\u00fcr Zerkleinerung des Mahlgutes, 1982 erfolgte eine Erweiterung.<\/li>\n<li>1984 &#8211; Einbau einer Pressanlage<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>1989 &#8211; Bau einer 50 Tonnen Fahrzeugwaage<\/li>\n<li>1995 &#8211; Erweiterung der Silokapazit\u00e4t, diese wurde 2005 und 2016 nochmals \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0auf eine Silokapazit\u00e4t von insgesamt 5.000 Tonnen Getreide erweitert<\/li>\n<li>2000 &#8211; Bau einer Getreidelagerhalle<\/li>\n<li>2013 &#8211; Einbau einer neuen Futtermittelpresse zur Erweiterung der Kapazit\u00e4t<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Ein Meilenstein in der Entwicklung des Unternehmens war die QS- und ISO-Zertifizierung im Jahre 2004. Der Verbraucher erwartet, dass qualitativ hochwertige Futter- und Lebensmittel zuverl\u00e4ssig und sicher produziert werden. Eine standardisierte Qualit\u00e4tssicherung entlang der gesamten Produktionskette ist unverzichtbar. Prozessgesteuerte Anlagen in Verbindung mit Kontrolle und Transparenz gew\u00e4hrleisten Pr\u00e4zision und R\u00fcckverfolgbarkeit aller Verarbeitungsprozesse. Die Futterrezepturen werden nach wissenschaftlichen Vorgaben konzipiert. Zusammensetzungen der Mischungen k\u00f6nnen nach individuellen Vorgaben der Kundschaft ge\u00e4ndert werden. Der Einsatz verschiedener Einzelfuttermittel und Zusatzstoffe erh\u00f6ht die Produktionssicherheit und festigt die Wirtschaftlichkeit der landwirtschaftlichen Betriebe.<\/p>\n<p>Ein Faktor bei der Beschreibung des Unternehmens darf nicht zu kurz kommen: Der Landhandel M\u00fchle B\u00f6ckenhoff ist ein inhabergepr\u00e4gtes Familienunternehmen. Franz-Josef B\u00f6ckenhoff hat die M\u00fchle 1970 von seinem Vater \u00fcbernommen und ausgebaut. Der Sohn Frank B\u00f6ckenhoff hat seit 2006 die Verantwortung und entwickelt das Unternehmen in der Familientradition weiter.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a9 2016 &#8211;
