Ein Jahr sp\u00e4ter baute er ein neues Gesch\u00e4ftshaus in der Bahnhofstra\u00dfe und legte damit im Jahre 1936 den Grundstein f\u00fcr das heutige Unternehmen. In den 1960er Jahren wurden die ersten gr\u00f6\u00dferen Erweiterungen entlang der Schlinge vorgenommen.<\/p>\n<p>Schon in den 1960er Jahren \u00fcbernahm Sohn Martin Hollad mit seiner Frau Irene das Gesch\u00e4ft und entwickelte es weiter. Martin Hollad war wie sein Vater Schneidermeister. Im Jahre 1983 wurde nochmals mit der \u00dcberbauung der Schlinge erweitert. Anfang der 1990er Jahre wurde ein Teil des ehemaligen Krankenhauses erworben und abgerissen, danach wurde 1996 ein gro\u00dfer Umbau und Neubau abgeschlossen. In den Jahren 2014 bis 2015 erfolgte nochmals ein grundlegender Um- und Erweiterungsbau des Bekleidungshauses Hollad an der Bahnhofstra\u00dfe. Das Unternehmen stellt sich heute in einem modernen, zeitgem\u00e4\u00dfen, hellen und transparenten Stil dar.<\/p>\n<p>Nicht ohne Grund kommen die Kunden von nah und fern nach S\u00fcdlohn, um sich bei Hollad einkleiden zu lassen. Den Besuchern wird ein Kauferlebnis der besonderen Art geboten: das Angebot f\u00fcr M\u00e4nner und Damen umfasst alle bekannten und f\u00fchrenden Marken der Textilbranche.<\/p>\n<p>F\u00fcr festliche Mode ist Hollad die erste Anlaufstelle in weiter Umgebung.<\/p>\n<p>Ein &#8222;\u00c4nderungs-Atelier&#8220; mit 7 Schneiderinnen und einem Schneider ist ganzj\u00e4hrig besetzt und \u00fcbernimmt \u00c4nderungen noch w\u00e4hrend des Kaufvorganges.<\/p>\n<p>Kinder k\u00f6nnen sich in der Kinderspielecke besch\u00e4ftigen und M\u00e4nner werden im Caf\u00e9 in der 1. Etage geparkt, damit sich die Damen in Ruhe umsehen k\u00f6nnen.<\/p>\n<p>Ein gro\u00dfz\u00fcgiger kostenloser Parkplatz kann in Anspruch genommen werden.<\/p>\n<p>Regelm\u00e4\u00dfig werden Sonderveranstaltungen mit Bek\u00f6stigungen (Cocktailtage, Late Night Shopping) und Modeschauen durchgef\u00fchrt.<\/p>\n<p>\u00dcber allem steht die Service-Leistung der Beratung, der Kunde mit seinen W\u00fcnschen wird nicht allein gelassen.
