Bis zu seinem Tode war er im Unternehmen t\u00e4tig. Sein Enkel Josef Tenk wurde Nachfolger und \u00fcbernahm die Anteile seines Gro\u00dfvaters.<\/p>\n<p><strong>1978 <\/strong>war ein Jahr grundlegender unternehmerischer Entscheidungen: Das Unternehmen wurde an der Robert-Bosch-Stra\u00dfe angesiedelt und erlebte einen gro\u00dfen Aufschwung. Manfred Robers, Sohn von Gerhard Robers, in das Unternehmen ein<\/p>\n<p><strong>1988<\/strong> zwang der \u201eK\u00e4lberskandal\u201c das Unternehmen dazu einschneidende Ver\u00e4nderungen vorzunehmen. Aus diesem Grund wurde der Produktionsbereich \u201eHolz- Packmittel, Paletten und Kisten\u201c kontinuierlich ausgebaut. Die Fertigung von Stalleinrichtungen lie\u00df man auslaufen.<\/p>\n<p><strong>1991<\/strong> verstarb Josef Robers im Alter von 89 Jahren.<\/p>\n<p><strong>1992 <\/strong>wurde eine weitere Unternehmenss\u00e4ule entwickelt. Der anspruchsvolle Gesch\u00e4ftsbereich \u201eExportverpackungen\u201c entstand. Da sich das M\u00fcnsterland in dieser Zeit zu einer wichtigen Maschinenbau-Region mit stark steigenden Exportquoten entwickelte, wird das umfangreiche Dienstleistungspaket der Gebr. Robers schnell in Anspruch genommen und zu einem echten Wachstumsmotor.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a01996<\/strong> wurde Gerhard Robers 65 Jahre alt und ging in den Ruhestand. Er \u00fcbertrug seinem Sohn Manfred Robers die Firmenanteile. Manfred Robers und Josef Tenk leiteten das Unternehmen in der 3. Generation gemeinsam.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2006 <\/strong>trat die 4. Ende 2015 wurde Josef Tenk mit 65 Jahren in den Ruhestand verabschiedet. Sein Sohn Andre Tenk wurde Mitglied der Gesch\u00e4ftsf\u00fchrung und vertritt mittlerweile die 4. Generation im Familienunternehmen.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2016<\/strong> besch\u00e4ftigt das Unternehmen rund 50 Mitarbeiter aus verschiedenen Berufssparten auf einem Gel\u00e4nde von 50.000 qm davon \u00fcber 15.000 qm \u00fcberdachter Hallenfl\u00e4che mit diversen Krananlagen und F\u00f6rderfahrzeugen, CNC-Bearbeitungscentren, modernen Zuschnitt-Anlagen f\u00fcr rationelle Fertigung und Produktion.<\/p>\n<p>Dar\u00fcber hinaus laufen die Planungen f\u00fcr eine neue Kranbahnhalle mit einer L\u00e4nge von \u00fcber 80 Metern und einer Grundfl\u00e4che von rund 2500 qm. Die Krankapazit\u00e4t soll f\u00fcr Gewichte bis zu 80 Tonnen ausgelegt werden.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Die heutigen S\u00e4ulen der Gebr. Robers GmbH <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Immer noch nach dem Motto: Alles aus Holz und mit Holz! <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Holzpackmittel \u2013 Paletten \u2013 Kisten \u2013 Exportverpackungen\u00a0\u00a0 <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Die Gebr. Robers GmbH, auch bekannt unter dem Markennamen <em>paro<\/em>\u00ae, der f\u00fcr Packmittel-Robers steht, sieht sich als Partner der Industrie im Bereich Verpackungssysteme f\u00fcr den Versand, Umschlag, Lagerung und Transport von G\u00fctern aller Art. Aber das ist nicht alles. Neben den ma\u00dfgeschneiderten Packmitteln in allen Losgr\u00f6\u00dfen und den reinen Verpackungsdienstleistungen f\u00fcr alle Industriebranchen stellt das Robers -Team dar\u00fcber hinaus ein umfangreiches logistisches Angebot.<\/p>\n<p>Holz<strong>Packmittel \u2013 <\/strong>Holz<strong>Paletten \u2013<\/strong> Holz<strong>Kisten<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8222;De bi Robers maakt bar Paletten&#8220;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&#8222;Die bei Robers machen nur Paletten&#8220; &#8211; das ist zu kurz gegriffen. Was der S\u00fcdlohner Verpackungsspezialist auf die Beine stellt, ist weitaus umfangreicher. Ein Kerngesch\u00e4ft, neben der Herstellung von Holzpackmitteln und den Verpackungsdienstleistungen, ist nach wie vor die Herstellung von Holzpaletten und Kisten. Einige Hunderttausend werden davon im Jahr gefertigt, die auf dem weitl\u00e4ufigen Gel\u00e4nde haushoch gestapelt und gelagert werden.<\/p>\n<p>\u201eWir halten ein Konsignationslager f\u00fcr unsere Kunden vor und k\u00f6nnen dadurch flexibel und \u201eJust in Time\u201c Anlieferungen realisieren.\u201c So beschreibt Andre Tenk das Gesch\u00e4ftsfeld \u201eHolzpaletten\u201c, f\u00fcr das er als Gesch\u00e4ftsf\u00fchrer hauptverantwortlich ist.<\/p>\n<p>\u201eWir sind Hersteller und Produzent hier an unserem Standort im M\u00fcnsterland aber auch Importeur von Holzpaletten und Holzpackmittel aus dem Baltikum. Der Import tr\u00e4gt im Gesamtpaket zur Wettbewerbsf\u00e4higkeit bei und sichert Arbeitspl\u00e4tze. Speziell in Lettland arbeiten wir seit vielen Jahren mit festen Partnern zusammen, die wir regelm\u00e4\u00dfig vor Ort besuchen.
