Schon sehr viel fr\u00fcher &#8211; seit 1934 &#8211; steht der Name R\u00fcweling f\u00fcr dieQualit\u00e4t von Fleischwaren. Heinrich Franz R\u00fcweling f\u00fchrte die bestehende Metzgerei an der Jakobistra\u00dfe in Oeding bis zu seinem Tod im Jahr 1945. Nachdem sein Sohn Paul R\u00fcweling seine Meisterpr\u00fcfung absolviert hatte, wird das Wohnhaus der Familie an der Winterswyker Stra\u00dfe um ein Schlachthaus und eine Wurstk\u00fcche erweitert. Au\u00dferdem entsteht hier das erste Ladenlokal.<\/p>\n<p>1957 kauften die Br\u00fcder Paul und Franz R\u00fcweling die Metzgerei an der Jakobistra\u00dfe und gr\u00fcndeten die Fleischwaren R\u00fcweling GmbH. Infolge der Umbauma\u00dfnahmen wurde das selbst\u00e4ndige Schlachten aufgegeben. Der Fokus liegt seitdem auf der Zerlegung und Produktion von Wurst- und Schinkenprodukten.<\/p>\n<p>Bei einem verheerenden Brand im Jahre 2005 in der Wurstk\u00fcche an der Jakobistra\u00dfe wird der gesamte Maschinenpark vernichtet. Im Folgejahr 2006 erfolgte die Grundrenovierung des Betriebes an der Jakobistra\u00dfe, gleichzeitig wurde eine neue Produktionsst\u00e4tte an der Daimlerstra\u00dfe im Gewerbegebiet von Oeding errichtet.<\/p>\n<p>Ganz neue Wege der Vermarktung von Fleischwaren beschritt das Unternehmen 2013 mit der Er\u00f6ffnung des Automatenshops &#8222;Ess-Press&#8220;, direkt neben dem Stammbetrieb in der Jakobistra\u00dfe.
