Vieles ist aber auch geblieben: der Standort am Burgring 21 in Oeding und die Leidenschaft f\u00fcr Backwaren und f\u00fcr das B\u00e4ckerhandwerk. Doch der Reihe nach:<\/p>\n<p>Heinrich Terschluse hat die B\u00e4ckerei 1912 gegr\u00fcndet, im Jahre 1926 \u00fcbernahm Bernhard Terschluse die B\u00e4ckerei. Er war nach dem Zweiten Weltkrieg auch der 1. B\u00fcrgermeister von 1945 &#8211; 1946. Nach dem Besuch der B\u00e4ckerfachschule in Olpe legte er im Jahre 1987 die Meisterpr\u00fcfung im B\u00e4ckerhandwerk ab. Handwerkliche Backkunst zeichnet die B\u00e4ckerei Terschluse aus.<\/p>\n<p>Brot und Br\u00f6tchen gibt es auch im Kiosk um die Ecke. Billig-Brot am Flie\u00dfband hergestellt aus Fertigbackmischungen mit k\u00fcnstlichen Enzymen und Zusatzstoffen kann scheinbar schmecken. Die angeblich frischen Br\u00f6tchen werden als &#8222;Teiglinge&#8220; tiefgek\u00fchlt aus ganz Europa angeliefert und vor Ort aufgebacken. Ist das wirklich &#8222;gutes Brot&#8220; und sind das &#8222;gute Br\u00f6tchen&#8220;? Gute Backwaren erkennt man nicht nur am Geschmack und erst recht nicht am Preis. Die Kunden der B\u00e4ckerei Terschluse wissen es: Nein, das gute Brot wird mit rein nat\u00fcrlichen Zutaten hergestellt. Nicht in einer vollautomatischen Backstra\u00dfe, sondern in der Backstube in der Region, am Burgring in Oeding, ohne lange Transportwege. Brottorten und belegte Baguettes runden das Angebot ab. 1988 wurde im Rewe-Markt in Oeding eine Filiale er\u00f6ffnet, 1992 in Stadtlohn und 2015 in Marbeck. Seit 2016 k\u00f6nnen im benachbarten Winterswijk auch holl\u00e4ndische Kunden die Qualit\u00e4tsbrote aus Oeding genie\u00dfen.<\/p>\n<p>Neben dem Inhaber, B\u00e4ckermeister und Unternehmer Richard Terschluse sind sechs Gesellen und weitere Mitarbeiter\/innen in der Backstube aktiv, zwei Fahrer stellen die t\u00e4gliche Versorgung der Filialen mit frischen Backwaren sicher und rund 60 Teilzeitkr\u00e4fte bedienen die Kundschaft. Sie alle sind Botschafter regionaler, nachhaltiger und qualit\u00e4tsbewusster Backwaren.
