sein Leben.<\/p><\/div>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8222;Aus dem Nichts&#8220; &#8211; so lautet der Titel des Buches, mit dem der Unternehmer Heinz Dieter Bauer im Jahre 2014 seine Lebensgeschichte aufgeschrieben hat. Aufgezeichnet wird das Leben eines Mannes, der in kleinen b\u00fcrgerlichen Verh\u00e4ltnissen in Gelsenkirchen-Schalke aufgewachsen ist. Vielleicht ist das ja auch der Grund daf\u00fcr, ein erfolgreicher Unternehmer geworden zu sein. F\u00fcr die Gemeinde S\u00fcdlohn trifft das auf Heinz Dieter Bauer zu, der am 13. M\u00e4rz 1939 geboren wurde. Nach seiner Ausbildung zum Industriekaufmann und verschiedenen Stationen beruflicher Entwicklung &#8211; unter anderem bei der Landmaschinenfabrik Kemper in Stadtlohn &#8211; fiel der Startschuss in die Selbstst\u00e4ndigkeit. Heinz Dieter Bauer wollte auf eigenen F\u00fc\u00dfen stehen und sein eigener Unternehmer sein. \u00dcber seine T\u00e4tigkeit bei Kemper &#8211; einer Landmaschinenfabrik &#8211; war er mit den Bed\u00fcrfnissen der Landwirtschaft vertraut. Entmistungsanlagen f\u00fcr Viehst\u00e4lle war die erste Produktgruppe, mit der er startete.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Bauern und Kuhmist gab es in ganz Deutschland, der Bedarf war da, seine Verkaufsbem\u00fchungen waren erfolgreich. Bis zum Jahr 1968 war eine reine Vertriebsgesellschaft die Gesch\u00e4ftsgrundlage. Im Juli 1968 war die Zeit gekommen, in Stadtlohn eine kleine Halle zu mieten, um Entmistungsanlagen und Schweinestalleinrichtungen mit dem technischen Ger\u00e4t und zwei Mitarbeitern selbst zu produzieren. Zu dieser Zeit war Heinz Dieter Bauer Produktentwickler, Schwei\u00dfer, Texter f\u00fcr Produktkataloge und Verk\u00e4ufer in einer Person. Nach der regul\u00e4ren Arbeitszeit ging es weiter: Aufr\u00e4umen und Arbeitsvorbereitungen waren angesagt, damit die Produktionsmitarbeiter am n\u00e4chsten Morgen sofort ohne Zeitverlust produktiv sein konnten. So etwas nennt man wohl &#8222;Pionierarbeit&#8220; als Fundament und Grundlage f\u00fcr Erfolg.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Die kleine Halle in Stadtlohn wurde zu eng, es wurde eine gr\u00f6\u00dfere Halle geplant, f\u00fcr die ein Grundst\u00fcck im Gewerbegebiet von S\u00fcdlohn gefunden wurde. Auch hier war Eigenleistung angesagt. Im Oktober 1970 wurde die erste Halle fertiggestellt. Das Produktprogramm des saisonabh\u00e4ngen Bedarfs f\u00fcr Stalleinrichtungen sollte erweitert werden. Dieter Bauer griff sofort zu, als ihm die Lizenz f\u00fcr eine mechanische, an Gabelstaplern anzubauende Schaufel angeboten wurde.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">1975 wurde erstmalig die Hannovermesse besucht, die ersten Anfragen aus Holland, \u00d6sterreich, Belgien und der Schweiz waren zu bearbeiten. Heute ist die &#8222;Bauer-Schaufel&#8220; unter diesem Namen in ganz Europa bekannt und zigtausend fach im Einsatz.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">1973 musste die ersten Halle auf 800 qm erweitert werden, 1975 wurde eine zweite Halle errichtet. Messebeteiligungen und Messebesuche gaben Inspiration f\u00fcr weitere Produktentwicklungen. Mitte der 1980er Jahre wuchs das Umweltbewusstsein, M\u00fclltrennung, Gefahrgutverordnungen und umweltbewusste Entsorgung waren angesagt. Aus den Stapleranbauprogrammen war die Herstellung von diversen Beh\u00e4ltern bekannt. Die Produkte mussten nun vielen Vorschriften, Gesetzen und Pr\u00fcfzeugnissen entsprechen. Wenig sp\u00e4ter kam das Wasserhaushaltsgesetz (WHG) hinzu. Das Absatzpotential war riesig, das Unternehmen erwarb die entsprechenden wasserrechtlichen Zulassungen. Teile der S\u00fcdlohner Produktion wurden verlagert, trotzdem stieg die Zahl der Mitarbeiter weiter an. Dementsprechend mussten an beiden Produktionsorten B\u00fcro- und Produktionsfl\u00e4chen erweitert werden. Ebenfalls im Jahre 1993 wurden die Abl\u00e4ufe im Unternehmen zertifiziert nach DIN ISO 9001.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Das eingetragene Warenzeichen BAUER S\u00dcDLOHN \u00ae ist am Markt etabliert. Qualit\u00e4t, Innovationen, Zuverl\u00e4ssigkeit, Flei\u00df, Disziplin und nicht zuletzt eine gute Mannschaft auf allen Ebenen des Betriebes sind die Erfolgsgaranten. Mittelst\u00e4ndische, inhabergef\u00fchrte Betriebe bilden die st\u00e4rkste S\u00e4ule der Wirtschaft. Daf\u00fcr ist das Unternehmen ein gutes Beispiel. Die S\u00f6hne Patrick und Pascal sind seit Jahren in der Gesch\u00e4ftsf\u00fchrung t\u00e4tig und haben mehr und mehr das operative Gesch\u00e4ft \u00fcbernommen. Zusammen bildet man ein starkes Team &#8211; privat und gesch\u00e4ftlich.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Heute besch\u00e4ftigt das Unternehmen 320 Mitarbeiter in S\u00fcdlohn und Halberstadt, die Werkareale umfassen mehr als 90.000 qm. Zum Produktionsprogramm und zum weltweiten Vertriebsprogramm geh\u00f6ren Stapler-Anbauger\u00e4te, Umwelt-Lagertechnik, Gefahrgutcontainer und Wertstoffcontainer. In diesen Bereichen nimmt man die Marktf\u00fchrerschaft in Anspruch.
