Die technischen Einrichtungen wie Elektrik und Heizungsinstallationen sind genauso wichtig wie Bauelemente Fenster und T\u00fcren. Unbestritten kommt dem Dach eines Geb\u00e4udes eine besondere Bedeutung zu. Hier wird entschieden \u00fcber die Langlebigkeit und Werterhaltung des gesamten Bauk\u00f6rpers. Somit ist das Dach eines der wichtigsten Bauteile im Hochbau. Schon eine kleine Undichtigkeit in der Dachhaut f\u00fchrt zu Energieverlusten und zu erheblichen Sch\u00e4den. Aber auch die \u00c4sthetik des Daches spielt eine entscheidende Rolle, damit sich der Bauk\u00f6rper gut in das Umfeld einf\u00fcgt und die W\u00fcnsche der Bauherren und Architekten ber\u00fccksichtigt.<\/p>\n<p>Anfang August 2002 gr\u00fcndeten Michael Hayk und Hendrik Keppelhoff in Stadtlohn und S\u00fcdlohn-Oeding die Hayk &amp; Keppelhoff Bedachungen GbR und legten hiermit den Grundstein f\u00fcr die heutige Firma Hayk &amp; Keppelhoff Bedachungen GmbH.<\/p>\n<p>Im Februar 2007 wandelte die Hayk &amp; Keppelhoff Bedachungen GbR in eine GmbH um, ab diesem Zeitpunkt nannte sich die<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_3782\" style=\"width: 310px\" class=\"wp-caption alignright\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.heimatverein-suedlohn.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/03\/IMG_4436.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-3782\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-3782\" src=\"http:\/\/www.heimatverein-suedlohn.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/03\/IMG_4436-300x199.jpg\" alt=\"Verkaufspavilion des Unternehmens Gartenkultur T\u00fcber. Das Unternehmen f\u00fchrt alle Arbeiten aus, die mit Bedachungen im weiten Sinne in Verbindung gebracht werden: Dachdeckung, Dachbegr\u00fcnung, Flachdachabdichtungen, Bauklempnerei, Reparaturen und Kranverleih. Die beiden Gesch\u00e4ftsf\u00fchrer Michael Hayk und Hendrik Keppelhoff stehen f\u00fcr kompetente und ausf\u00fchrliche Beratung, f\u00fcr Kundenservice, Zuverl\u00e4ssigkeit und handwerklich korrekte Arbeit.<\/p>\n<p>Von 2002 bis zum heutigen Tag schaffte die Firma ein stetiges und gesundes Wachstum und gab zahlreichen Lehrlingen einen Ausbildungsplatz und vielen Praktikanten einen Einblick in das Berufsleben eines Dachdeckers. Besch\u00e4ftigt werden zehn Dachdeckergesellen, vier Auszubildende und zwei B\u00fcrokr\u00e4fte.<\/p>\n<p>Im August 2015 zog das Unternehmen in ein neues Hallengeb\u00e4ude in der Siemensstra\u00dfe 2 in Velen-Ramsdorf.
