gilt nicht nur f\u00fcr die gro\u00dfe Organisation der EDEKA-Lebensmittell\u00e4den. Vielmehr ist es auch ein pers\u00f6nlicher Leitspruch von Anja Beyer. Die gelernte Fleischereifachkraft Anja Beyer verf\u00fcgt \u00fcber eine zus\u00e4tzliche kaufm\u00e4nnische Ausbildung. Eine gute Grundlage, sich dem Thema Vermarktung von Lebensmitteln intensiv zu widmen. Gestartet wurde Anfang 1997 mit der Er\u00f6ffnung des Edeka-Marktes an der Bahnhofstra\u00dfe 42 in S\u00fcdlohn. Seit dieser Zeit ist der Markt eine Institution in S\u00fcdlohn, die die Versorgung der Bev\u00f6lkerung mit Lebensmitteln gew\u00e4hrleistet.<\/p>\n<p>F\u00fcr Anja Beyer war von Anfang an klar, dass dauerhafter Erfolg nur mit spezieller Ausrichtung auf die Bed\u00fcrfnisse der regionalen Kundschaft zu erreichen ist. Die Mitarbeiter\/innen kennen viele Kunden pers\u00f6nlich, man spricht sich an, man kennt sich, die Einkaufsatmosph\u00e4re spiegelt Kundenn\u00e4he wider. Ein guter Sortimentsmix, Qualit\u00e4t und Frische der Waren sind Grundvoraussetzung und werden von Anja Beyer und Team gew\u00e4hrleistet. Frische Waren aus der Region, gesunde Bio-Produkte sowie internationale Delikatessen warten auf die Kunden. Der Lebensmittelmarkt ist ein hart umk\u00e4mpfter Markt. Das Sortiment ist auf den Bedarf der Nahversorgung und der l\u00e4ndlichen Struktur ausgerichtet. Es wird alles gef\u00fchrt, was st\u00e4ndig gebraucht wird und so manchen, was Kunden woanders nicht finden. Juni 2010 kam es zu einem Brand in dem Lebensmittelmarkt. Durch Feuer, L\u00f6schwasser und Ru\u00dfbildung entstand Totalschaden. Bereits im Oktober des gleichen Jahres erfolgte die Wiederer\u00f6ffnung &#8211; heller, moderner und zeitgem\u00e4\u00dfer als zuvor. Die Mitarbeiter\/innen blieben dem Markt treu, in gemeinsamer Arbeit wurde das Schadensereignis bew\u00e4ltigt.<\/p>\n<p>Die Kunden sind oftmals Stammkunden. Als im Jahre 2016 die Bahnhofstra\u00dfe saniert wurde, war diese zeitweise voll gesperrt. Die Zufahrt zum Parkplatz des Edeka-Marktes war nur unter erschwerten Bedingungen gew\u00e4hrleistet. Die Kundschaft ist dem Markt treu geblieben &#8211; man hat den Markt tats\u00e4chlich nicht so oft angefahren, daf\u00fcr aber gr\u00f6\u00dfere Eink\u00e4ufe get\u00e4tigt.<\/p>\n<p>Aufregung herrschte am Samstagmorgen des 28. November 2015 im Edeka-Markt von Anja Beyer. Zwei M\u00e4nner haben den Markt \u00fcberfallen und Mitarbeiter gefesselt in einen Raum gesperrt. Ohne Geld mussten die T\u00e4ter schlie\u00dflich fl\u00fcchten und wurden wenig sp\u00e4ter festgenommen.<\/p>\n<p>Der Markt von Anja Beyer ist mit dem Namen EDEKA verbunden. Der EDEKA-Verbund ist eine der bekanntesten Marken Deutschlands. Vielleicht liegt es daran, dass es EDEKA schon sehr lange gibt und bundesweit \u00fcber 11.000 M\u00e4rkte diesen Namen tragen. Nicht ohne Grund hat sich Anja Beyer f\u00fcr die genossenschaftlich organisierte Gemeinschaft entschieden. Auch der EDEKA-Verbund beinhaltet Regionalit\u00e4t, Nachhaltigkeit, verantwortungsvollen Umgang mit Mitarbeitern und soziales Engagement. Die meisten M\u00e4rkte werden von selbstst\u00e4ndigen Kaufleuten betrieben &#8211; so wie in S\u00fcdlohn der Markt von Anja Beyer.<\/p>\n<p>Der EDEKA-Verbund steht den selbstst\u00e4ndigen Kauffrauen- und Kaufm\u00e4nnern mit Beratung, Warenwirtschaftssystemen und zentralen Serviceangeboten zur Verf\u00fcgung. Das ist eine Leistung, die der einzelne Markt in Eigenverantwortung nicht erbringen kann. Es wird nicht von oben nach unten &#8222;durchregiert&#8220;, sodass regionale Besonderheiten keine Ber\u00fccksichtigung finden.<\/p>\n<p>Anja Beyer mit ihrem Team entscheidet eigenst\u00e4ndig die Sortimentsgestaltung, Angebote und Personalfragen. Das ist dann auch der Schl\u00fcssel daf\u00fcr, dass viele Mitarbeiter und Mitarbeiterinnen seit vielen Jahren besch\u00e4ftigt sind &#8211; viele seit mehr als 5, 10 oder gar 20 Jahren.
