In den 1960er Jahren herrschte Aufbruchsstimmung, der Wiederaufbau nach dem Zweiten Weltkrieg war zum gro\u00dfen Teil bew\u00e4ltigt, es folgten Jahre des Wachstums. Trotzdem hat sich Albert Sch\u00fcring bei der Gr\u00fcndung des Unternehmens kaum vorstellen k\u00f6nnen, welche Entwicklung der Betrieb nehmen w\u00fcrde und wie das Unternehmen heute aufgestellt ist.<\/p>\n<p>Mit gleich zwei Meisterbriefen als Tischlermeister und Zimmermeister in der Tasche \u00fcbernahm Bernd Sch\u00fcring 1994 die Verantwortung und f\u00fchrte das Unternehmen zur heutigen Bedeutung. Erledigt werden alle Arbeiten eines qualifizieren Fachbetriebes der Zimmerei und Schreinerei. Das Leistungsspektrum ist im Kern der Neubau und die Sanierung von Dachst\u00fchlen, Terrassen\u00fcberdachungen, Dachgauben und Carports aus dem Werkstoff Holz. Moderne Holzbausysteme wie Holzrahmenbau und Holzst\u00e4nderwerk z\u00e4hlen zum Leistungsangebot, ebenso wie alle Arbeiten im Bereich Innenausbau. Altbausanierung, Trockenbau, Einbaum\u00f6bel nach Ma\u00df und Innent\u00fcren runden das Programm des qualifizierten Meisterbetriebes ab. Seit Anfang 2017 ist im Unternehmen ein Dachdeckermeister besch\u00e4ftigt. Damit k\u00f6nnen alle Dachgewerke abgewickelt werden. Bis heute steht die Firma Sch\u00fcring bei allen Fragen um das Thema Bestattungen beratend zur Seite. Das Angebot umfasst Erd-, Feuer-, See- und Anonym-Bestattungen. In Kooperation mit dem RuheForst Westm\u00fcnsterland in Coesfeld besteht auch die M\u00f6glichkeit, \u00a0in der nat\u00fcrlichen Umgebung des Waldes beigesetzt zu werden.<\/p>\n<p>Am Woorteweg in Oeding wurde im Jahre 1998 eine Halle errichtet, um \u00fcber alle r\u00e4umlichen Erfordernisse eines modern aufgestellten Betriebes zu verf\u00fcgen. Nach Erweiterung der Hallenfl\u00e4che im Jahre 2016 wurde eine Abbundmaschine in Betrieb genommen. Nach Vorgaben des Architekten oder Statikers werden mit der 33 Meter langen Abbundanlage Bauh\u00f6lzer bearbeitet. Das Abbundprogramm wird\u00a0 PC-gesteuert aufbereitet, der Anlage \u00fcbergeben und automatisiert verarbeitet. So werden Dachst\u00fchle, Gauben und Carports rationell abgewickelt &#8211; so die Aussage des angestellten Zimmermeisters Henning Vierhaus. Der Betrachter dieser Produktionstechnik kommt schnell zu dem Ergebnis, dass die Zeit des Dorfschreiners mit dem Altgesellen an der Hobelbank nicht mehr \u00fcberlebensf\u00e4hig ist. Das liegt jedoch nicht nur an der r\u00e4umlichen und maschinellen Ausstattung, der Faktor Mensch spielt die alles entscheidende Rolle.<\/p>\n<p>Der Meisterbetrieb ist in den letzten Jahren kontinuierlich gewachsen. 25 Mitarbeiter produzieren, liefern und montieren Qualit\u00e4tsprodukte. Eine gro\u00dfe Anzahl der Besch\u00e4ftigten ist seit Jahren im Unternehmen besch\u00e4ftigt. Viele Mitarbeiter haben ihre Ausbildung im Unternehmen absolviert und sind anschlie\u00dfend \u00fcbernommen worden.<\/p>\n<p>Hier kommt die St\u00e4rke eines Familienbetriebes zur Geltung: Qualit\u00e4t, Solidit\u00e4t und dauerhafte Best\u00e4ndigkeit sind die Merkmale.
