in S\u00fcdlohn-Oeding.<\/p><\/div>\n<p>Wenn der interessierte Betrachter das heimischen Tischlerhandwerk vor Augen hat, denkt er vielleicht daran, wie der Beruf des Tischlers vor der Mechanisierung um die Jahrhundertwende um 1900 ausgesehen hat: Der Meister steht an der Hobelbank und \u00fcbt sein &#8222;Handwerk&#8220; aus. Das jedoch ist Geschichte. Die ab 1900 erfolgte Mechanisierung ver\u00e4nderte die Arbeitsweise grundlegend. Die ersten Fabriken der industriellen M\u00f6belherstellung entstanden, Menschenkraft wurde durch Maschinenkraft ersetzt. Viele der Kleinwerkst\u00e4tten mit einem Meister und einem Altgesellen wurden geschlossen. Diese Gedanken mag der Betrachter beim Besuch des Unternehmens <u><b>G<\/b><\/u>\u00fcnter <u><b>K<\/b><\/u>ippert <u><b>T<\/b><\/u>ischlerei (<b>GKT) <\/b>haben, er erlebt jedoch ein Unternehmen der Neuzeit mit zeitgem\u00e4\u00dfem Anspruch.<\/p>\n<p>Der Tischler (oder Schreiner) ist ein Beruf, der sich auf die Verarbeitung von Holz und Holzwerkstoffen spezialisiert hat und diese Produkte holztechnisch verarbeitet. Diesen Beruf hat der Inhaber G\u00fcnter Kippert von der Pike auf bei der Tischlerei L\u00fcdiger im S\u00fcdlohner Wienkamp gelernt. Nach verschiedenen beruflichen Stationen, unter anderem bei H\u00fclsta in Stadtlohn und dem Erwerb des Meisterbriefes im Tischlerhandwerk im Jahr 1994 ergab sich im Jahre 2000 die \u00dcbernahme der Oedinger Schreinerei Fellerhoff. G\u00fcnter Kippert erkannte schnell, dass der Standort des Unternehmens direkt gegen\u00fcber der Oedinger Grundschule nicht zukunftsf\u00e4hig war. Seine Vision war die Mechanisierung und Spezialisierung nach Ma\u00dfst\u00e4ben der industriellen M\u00f6belherstellung.<\/p>\n<p>Anfang 2005 wurde der Betriebsstandort zur Daimlerstra\u00dfe ins Industriegebiet Oeding verlagert. Es entstand eine Halle als Funktionsgeb\u00e4ude f\u00fcr optimale Betriebsabl\u00e4ufe einer modern eingerichteten Schreinerei: ausreichend gro\u00df, hell und luftig, mit allen technischen Voraussetzungen und Einrichtungen f\u00fcr Holzbearbeitungsmaschinen und Lackieranlagen bis hin zur Absaugung und angegliederten B\u00fcro- und Sozialr\u00e4umen. Das Motto von G\u00fcnter Kippert: &#8222;WIR BAUEN IDEEN&#8220;.<\/p>\n<p>So sieht der Betrachter CNC-gesteuerte Maschinen der neuesten Generation, Kantenmaschine ebenfalls CNC-gesteuert, Plattens\u00e4ge mit Optimierungsprogramm,<\/p>\n<p>4-Seiten Hobel und eine moderne Lackierstation mit der M\u00f6glichkeit, selbst Hochglanzlacke zu verarbeiten. Ein wichtiges Standbein ist der Ladenbau. Als Zulieferer werden Komponenten oder komplette Ladeneinrichtungen produziert, montagefertig bereitgestellt oder montiert. Hier ist die Beratung und individuelle Betreuung des Objektes erfolgsverursachend. Heutige Ladeneinrichtungen in 1a-Lagen der Fu\u00dfg\u00e4ngerzonen werden hochwertig ausgestattet, damit hochwertige Produkte zum entsprechenden Preis verkauft werden k\u00f6nnen.<\/p>\n<p>Das gleiche gilt f\u00fcr den Bereich Messebau: Die Firmen wollen sich dem oft internationalen Publikum angemessen und hochwertig pr\u00e4sentieren. Hier sind ma\u00dfgeschneiderte Messest\u00e4nde erforderlich. Wichtig ist den Kunden neben dem Zeitfaktor auch die einfache und schnelle Montage und Demontage. Das Unternehmen GKT-Holztechnik kann auf umfangreiche Erfahrungen und Know-how zur\u00fcckgreifen.<\/p>\n<p>So ausger\u00fcstet arbeiten neben dem Inhaber Tischlermeister G\u00fcnter Kippert f\u00fcnf Gesellen in der &#8222;Werkstatt&#8220;, ebenso zwei Auszubildende und weitere Kr\u00e4fte. Ehefrau Andrea Kippert arbeitet im Betrieb mit und erledigt alle administrativen Arbeiten &#8211; von Termin- und Einsatzplanungen bis hin zu Abrechnungen und allen anderen Aufgaben der Organisation.<\/p>\n<p>Der Beruf des Tischlers ist interessant, anspruchsvoll und zukunftsf\u00e4hig gleicherma\u00dfen.
