Im 14. Jahrhundert wurde die erste Zunft der &#8222;Kleinschmiede&#8220; gegr\u00fcndet. Angefertigt wurden T\u00fcrschl\u00f6sser, Truhen- und Kassettenschl\u00f6sser, Schl\u00fcssel, T\u00fcrgriffe und T\u00fcrklopfer. Die Berufsbezeichnung wandelte sich vom &#8222;Kleinschmied&#8220; zum &#8222;Schlosser&#8220;. Mit dem Beginn der Industrialisierung im 19. Jahrhundert \u00e4nderten sich die T\u00e4tigkeitsfelder der Schlossereien. Maschinen der industriellen Produktion mussten angefertigt und gewartet werden. Die Maschinenschlosser bildeten eine eigene Sparte und das Bau- und Kunstschlossergewerbe besch\u00e4ftigte sich mit bautechnischen Metallprodukten. Das der heutige Metallbau mit den urspr\u00fcnglichen Aufgabenstellungen nichts mehr zu tun hat macht ein Besuch in der Produktionshale von Hemsing Metallbau deutlich.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Das Unternehmen wurde 1987 von Josef Hemsing mit der Herstellung von Sportger\u00e4ten in seiner privaten Garage in Stadtlohn gegr\u00fcndet. Der heutige Firmeninhaber Christian Hemsing &#8211; Sohn des Firmengr\u00fcnders &#8211; absolvierte 1990 seine Meisterpr\u00fcfung als Metallbaumeister im Technologie- und Berufsbildungszentrum Paderborn. Mit dieser Qualifizierung wurde er 1994 zum Gesch\u00e4ftsf\u00fchrer der Hemsing Metallbau GmbH bestellt. Seit 1997 ist der Firmensitz in S\u00fcdlohn-Oeding.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Das Unternehmen hat sich mit einem breiten Produkt &#8211; und Qualit\u00e4tsportfolio einen Namen gemacht. Die Entwicklung, Konstruktion und Montage von Balkonen, Gel\u00e4ndern und Treppen geh\u00f6ren zum Tagesgesch\u00e4ft. Eine gro\u00dfe Anzahl Referenzobjekte sind Nachweis der Leistungsf\u00e4higkeit. Die Beobachtungskanzel im Naturschutzgebiet Burlo-Vardingholter Venn ist ein Beispiel dieser speziellen Metallbauarbeit.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\" align=\"CENTER\">Ein anderes Beispiel ist die Entwicklung von Systembalkonen, die nachtr\u00e4glich an Hausfronten angebracht werden. Die besondere Konstruktion der Systembalkone erlaubt es, diese auseinanderzubauen und vor Ort zu montieren. Insbesondere in den Ballungsr\u00e4umen des Ruhrgebietes hat sich das als vorteilhaft erwiesen: die Einzelteile k\u00f6nnen leicht in Innenh\u00f6fe transportiert werden, aufwendige Kranarbeiten entfallen. Die Folge: Wettbewerbsf\u00e4higkeit durch Innovation made by Hemsing Metallbau.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Ein anderes Beispiel der Innovationsf\u00e4higkeit eines Metallbaufachbetriebes ist die Entwicklung und Produktion von Abluftfiltern f\u00fcr Kamine f\u00fcr die Rheinisch-Westf\u00e4lische Technische Hochschule (RWTH) Aachen.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Auch als Zulieferer mit besonderem Know-how f\u00fcr Blockheizkraftwerke (BHKW) hat sich Hemsing Metallbau einen Namen gemacht.
