Robers hatte in den Jahren 1898 bis 1906 mehrfach den Antrag auf Erteilung einer Gastst\u00e4ttenkonzession gestellt. Der Antrag wurde am 14. Dezember 1907 vor dem Bezirksausschuss in M\u00fcnster nach vielen Ablehnungen genehmigt. Im Januar 1913 bittet der Wirt, Ackerwirt und Kolonialwarenh\u00e4ndler August Robers, die Konzession auf ihn zu \u00fcbertragen. Seine Mutter habe den gesamten Besitz auf ihn \u00fcberschrieben. Die Bewilligung wurde vom Kreisausschuss am 18. April 1913 ausgestellt. Schon zur damaligen Zeit wurde nicht nur die Gastst\u00e4tte in der Holzstra\u00dfe betrieben, ab 1922 wurden mit dem Pferdewagen Getr\u00e4nke an Gastst\u00e4tten im Umkreis von S\u00fcdlohn ausgeliefert. Das Haus wurde im Zweiten Weltkrieg zerst\u00f6rt und ver\u00e4ndert wieder aufgebaut. Die Gastst\u00e4tte wurde bis 1955 betrieben. Die Gesch\u00e4ftsr\u00e4ume in der Holzstra\u00dfe und im hinteren Bereich zum Nordwall gelegen waren zu klein und nicht zukunftsf\u00e4hig. Es ergab sich die Gelegenheit, 1969 die Molkerei an der Ramsdorfer Stra\u00dfe k\u00e4uflich zu erwerben. Das war der neue Firmenstandort. Josef Robers heiratete Anette Robers, geb. Thies. Nach Umbau des Geb\u00e4udes entsprechend den Bed\u00fcrfnissen eines Getr\u00e4nkefachgro\u00dfhandels erfolgte eine rasante Entwicklung.<\/p>\n<p>Als Lieferant von Gastronomie und Handel wird den Gesch\u00e4ftspartnern ein umfangreiches Serviceangebot erteilt.
