Standort ist die Bahnhofstra\u00dfe, die sich zu einem Einkaufszentrum in S\u00fcdlohn entwickelt hat.<\/p><\/div>\n<p>Die &#8222;W\u00fcrstchenbude&#8220; gibt es in Deutschland erst seit dem Ende des Zweiten Weltkrieges. Hertha Heuwer &#8211; eine Berliner Wurstverk\u00e4uferin &#8211; soll damals die Currywurst erfunden haben. Die Hinwendung zur &#8222;W\u00fcrstchenkultur&#8220; begann und wurde fortan gepr\u00e4gt von ungez\u00e4hlten Namen wie Wurstbraterei, Grillstation, Kultimbiss, Curry-Heini, Wilhelms Snaek, Schweine-Heiner oder viele andere.<\/p>\n<p>Die Currywurst wurde geadelt, als Herbert Gr\u00f6nemeyer den &#8222;Currywurst Songtext&#8220; herausbrachte und sich an seinen geliebten &#8222;Ruhrpott&#8220; erinnerte:<\/p>\n<p>Gehste inne Stadt<br \/>\nwat macht dich da satt<br \/>\n&#8217;ne Currywurst<\/p>\n<p>Kommste vonne Schicht<br \/>\nwat sch\u00f6nret gibt et nich<br \/>\nals wie Currywurst <strong>&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;..<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Auch in S\u00fcdlohn gibt es Curryw\u00fcrste und zwar in der Imbiss-Stube von Helmut Schoeb. Diese S\u00fcdlohner M\u00f6glichkeit des Imbisses hat mit den landl\u00e4ufig bekannten &#8222;Buden&#8220; jedoch wenig zu tun. Der Name &#8222;Imbiss-Stube&#8220; l\u00e4sst schon darauf schlie\u00dfen, dass hier mehr geboten wird als nur der Verzehr von Bratw\u00fcrsten im Stehen. Das f\u00e4ngt schon damit an, dass sich die Einrichtung eher einem b\u00fcrgerlichen Restaurant entspricht als ein einer &#8222;Bude&#8220;. Der helle Raum ist gem\u00fctlich eingerichtet und l\u00e4dt ein zum Verweilen und essen \/ trinken.<\/p>\n<p>Wenn es um Qualit\u00e4t geht, kennt Helmut Schoeb keine Kompromisse. Sein Lieferant kommt aus der Region und ist selbst bekannt f\u00fcr beste Qualit\u00e4t: die Fleischerei<br \/>\nAntonius Knuf aus dem Nachbarort Weseke. Der Unterschied zu industriell gefertigten W\u00fcrsten namenloser Fabrikationen wird allen Kunden deutlich und ist sicher ein Erfolgsfaktor f\u00fcr treue und langj\u00e4hrig immer wiederkehrende Genie\u00dfer.<\/p>\n<p>Das Angebot der Imbiss-Stube Schoeb umfasst alle Produkte, die von den Kunden erwartet werden: Bratw\u00fcrste in verschiedenen Variationen &#8211; dazu geh\u00f6rt auch die Currywurst von Herbert Gr\u00f6nemeyer. T\u00e4glich wechselnde Mittagsgerichte finden gro\u00dfen Zuspruch auch bei Laufkundschaft, z.B. bei Handwerkern, Reisenden und Einzelhandelskunden der Region.<\/p>\n<p>Dazu geh\u00f6ren viele Klassiker, die jeder kennt: Rouladen, Rinderbraten, Rollbraten, Fisch, H\u00e4hnchenschnitzel, H\u00e4hnchen &#8211; Cordonbleu, Gulasch mit Nudeln, K\u00f6nigsberger Klopse, Gr\u00fcnkohl mit Mettwurst, Erbseneintopf, Wirsing-Hackfleisch-Topf und vieles mehr. Die Gerichte werden t\u00e4glich frisch zubereitet. Insgesamt k\u00fcmmern sich 12 Personen um das Wohl der G\u00e4ste.
