begr\u00fc\u00dft die Besucher des Unternehmens.<\/p><\/div>\n<p>Das Neue Testament berichtet, dass der Vater von Jesus &#8211; Josef von Nazareth &#8211; den Beruf des Bauhandwerkers und Zimmerers ausge\u00fcbt hat. Damit hat der Beruf des Zimmerers eine jahrtausendalte Tradition und spiegelt das Bauwesen ungez\u00e4hlter Generationen wider. In fr\u00fcheren Zeiten war jeder Hausbesitzer auch ein Zimmermann, sein Haus musste er sich selbst zimmern. &#8222;Die Axt im Haus erspart den Zimmermann&#8220; &#8211; mit diesem Hinweis beschlie\u00dft WilhelmTell in Schillers gleichnamigen Roman seine Arbeit am Hoftor. Als sich sp\u00e4ter die Berufe mehr und mehr spezialisierten, wurde der Zimmermannberuf eigenst\u00e4ndig. Eine Bl\u00fctezeit des Zimmerhandwerks war das Mittelalter mit seinen Fachwerkbauten wie z.B. das Knochenhaueramtshaus in Hildesheim, das Rathaus Wernigerode, unz\u00e4hlige weitere Bauten wie die Altstadt von Quedlinburg &#8211; heute ein Weltkulturerbe. Beispiele der d\u00f6rflichen Zimmerkunst sind im Freilichtmuseum Detmold zu betrachten. Der Dorfzimmermann verstand es, selbst kleinen Bauernh\u00e4usern durch Holzverzierungen einen Charakter zu geben.<\/p>\n<p>Wer in S\u00fcdlohn die Robert-Bosch-Stra\u00dfe entlang f\u00e4hrt, wird von Borken kommend von einer \u00fcberlebensgro\u00dfen Zimmererskulptur begr\u00fc\u00dft. Sie geh\u00f6rt zu der Zimmerei Schonebeck &amp; Sohn, die seit 2010 in S\u00fcdlohn eine Zimmerei und Dachdeckerei betreibt. Die Gr\u00fcndung des Unternehmens erfolgte Anfang der<b> <\/b>1990er Jahre<b> <\/b>durch den Seniorchef Wilhelm Schonebeck in Dorsten. Der Sohn Sven Schonebeck erlernte den Beruf des Tischlers beim Unternehmen Twents in Gescher. Nach den Gesellenjahren besuchte er 2003 \/ 2004 die Meisterschule in Osnabr\u00fcck um den Meister im Zimmerhandwerk zu erlangen.<b> <\/b>Mit dem Zimmerermeisterbrief in der Tasche stieg er 2008<b> <\/b>als Gesch\u00e4ftsf\u00fchrer<b> <\/b>in das Familienunternehmen ein.<\/p>\n<p>Nach Zwischenstationen in Gescher und Velen wurde der Betrieb 2010 in S\u00fcdlohn angesiedelt. Das urspr\u00fcnglich genutzte Geb\u00e4ude an der Eichendorffstra\u00dfe (ehemals Vierhaus-Treppen) erwies sich schnell als zu klein und un\u00fcbersichtlich, um den Anforderungen der Zukunft zu entsprechen. Im Jahre 2016 erfolgte die Umsiedlung zur Robert-Bosch-Stra\u00dfe 93. Hier entstand ein modernes Betriebsgeb\u00e4ude, welches nach eigenen Vorstellungen erbaut wurde. Ein integrierter Hallenkran und ausreichend Freifl\u00e4che bieten ausreichend Platz, um gro\u00dfe Wandelemente und Dachgauben anzufertigen. 16 Mitarbeiter sind im Unternehmen besch\u00e4ftigt<\/p>\n<p>Die Arbeitsweise der Zimmerei Schonebeck &amp; Sohn ist mit den Arbeitsabl\u00e4ufen der Zunftbetriebe des Mittelalters nicht mehr zu vergleichen. Ein Blick in die 1.200 qm gro\u00dfe Halle des Unternehmens gen\u00fcgt, um das zu erkennen. Neben der Krananlage ist eine Abbundmaschine Herzst\u00fcck des Handwerkbetriebes. Mit einer L\u00e4nge von 32 Metern und einer Breite von sechs Metern kann die Abbundmaschine bis zu 12 Meter lange Balken nicht nur vollautomatisch zuschneiden, sondern in einem Arbeitsgang auch bohren oder fr\u00e4sen. Die Vorteile der Anlage liegen in der Genauigkeit und Bearbeitungsgeschwindigkeit.<\/p>\n<p>Zitat des Zimmerermeisters Sven Schonebeck: &#8222;Fr\u00fcher haben zwei Mitarbeiter eine Woche gebraucht, um die Sparren f\u00fcr drei Dachst\u00fchle zu s\u00e4gen, heute schaffen wir das an einem Tag. Trotzdem bleibt der Mensch das Ma\u00df der Dinge: Die Maschine ist auf handwerklichen Sachverstand und umfassende Kenntnisse der Programmierung angewiesen, hier ist der ausgebildete Zimmermann gefragt. Sven Schonebeck bietet Zimmereien der Region die maschinelle Bearbeitung als &#8222;Lohnabbund&#8220; an, damit diese ebenfalls die rationelle Arbeitsweise nutzen k\u00f6nnen.<\/p>\n<p>Zur Erstellung eines Geb\u00e4udes sind viele Gewerke notwendig.
