gegr\u00fcndet<\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8211; <\/strong>gr\u00fcndete Leopold Ullstein in Berlin einen Zeitungs- und Zeitschriftenverlag<\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8230; <\/strong>und gr\u00fcndete Johan Hemsing sen. ein Bauunternehmen in Oeding. Schon in den Anf\u00e4ngen entwickelte sich das Unternehmen gut. Juli 1945 stieg der Sohn Otto Hemsing nach der R\u00fcckkehr aus der Kriegsgefangenschaft in die Firma ein. Seit dieser Zeit firmiert das Bauunternehmen unter dem Namen &#8222;Hemsing &amp; Sohn&#8220;. Gleichzeitig er\u00f6ffnete Bau-Ingenieur Otto Hemsing das erste Architekturb\u00fcro nach dem Krieg in Oeding. Auf dieser Basis entwickelte sich das Unternehmen zu seiner jetzigen Struktur. Von 1986 an f\u00fchrt Dipl.-Ing. Erich Hemsing das Unternehmen, welches heute 35 Mitarbeiter zu seiner Stammbelegschaft z\u00e4hlt. Seit dem Jahre 2009 sind auch die S\u00f6hne Dipl.-Ing. Jens Hemsing und Torben Hemsing Master Sc. fester Bestandteil des Familienunternehmens.<\/p>\n<p>Hemsing &#8211; Bau, dieses beiden W\u00f6rter beschreiben ein Unternehmen als Spezialist f\u00fcr den schl\u00fcsselfertigen Bau vom Einfamilienhaus bis hin zum umfangreichen Industrie- und Gewerbebau. Der umfangreiche Maschinenpark gew\u00e4hrleistet hohe Flexibilit\u00e4t und macht den Bauablauf sicher. F\u00fcr jeden Einsatzzweck gibt es das richtige Ger\u00e4t: Autokrane, Radlader, Bagger und Betonpumpen geh\u00f6ren zur Standardausstattung f\u00fcr rationelle Abwicklung. Auf den pers\u00f6nlichen Bedarf zugeschnittene Leistungen k\u00f6nnen abgerufen werden: Rohbaufertig, Teilschl\u00fcsselfertig oder Schl\u00fcsselfertig. Markante Namen der Region wie die Cinema-Kino-Center und Bleker Autoh\u00e4user stehen beispielhaft f\u00fcr Kinos, B\u00fcrogeb\u00e4ude, M\u00f6belh\u00e4user, Hochregallager, Logistikzentren und Gro\u00dffl\u00e4chen des Einzelhandels.<\/p>\n<p>Unbestrittene St\u00e4rke des Unternehmens und Leistung des Besonderen ist die Abwicklung als Generalunternehmer.
