In ganz Deutschland ist die Marke ein Symbol f\u00fcr Qualit\u00e4t und die Leistungsf\u00e4higkeit des Fleischerhandwerks. Das gilt im besonderen Ma\u00dfe auch f\u00fcr die Fleischerei Hemsing. Der Familienbetrieb wird nach handwerklichen Gesichtspunkten gef\u00fchrt. Nach dem Kriegsdienst auf einem U &#8211; Boot der Marine kam er nach Beendigung des Krieges als Kostg\u00e4nger zur Familie Leopold B\u00f6cker um sich kurzfristig zun\u00e4chst als Handlanger beim Unternehmen Hemsing-Bau durchzuschlagen. Der Fleischerberuf war jedoch seine Berufung, als Fleischer fand er bei Wilhelm Wackerbeck (heute R\u00fcweling) seine erste Anstellung. Schon 1948 legte er in M\u00fcnster seine Meisterpr\u00fcfung im Fleischerhandwerk ab. 1949 machte er sich an der Jakobistra\u00dfe Nr. 20 selbstst\u00e4ndig mit einem Fleischerfachgesch\u00e4ft. Der Sohn Frank Hemsing ist ebenfalls dem Fleischerhandwerk verbunden, er legte 1999 in Frankfurt seine Meisterpr\u00fcfung ab und ist seit dem Jahre 2000 in dem Familienbetrieb besch\u00e4ftigt.<\/p>\n<p>Das verarbeitete Fleisch der Fleischerei Hemsing stammt nicht aus anonymer Massenschlachtung, sondern aus eigener Schlachtung im eigenen Betrieb. Geliefert werden die Schlachttiere von pers\u00f6nlich bekannten Landwirten aus der n\u00e4heren Umgebung. Also keine Massenschlachtung, keine langen Viehtransporte, sondern kurze Wege und stressfreies Schlachten. Das Schlachten und Zerlegen der Tiere ist Handarbeit, die Arbeiten werden nach alter Handwerkstradition ausgef\u00fchrt.<\/p>\n<p>Fleisch und Wurstwaren werden heute auch beim Discounter und bei den Lebensmittelketten gekauft, geliefert von gro\u00dfen Schlachtfabriken und industriellen Produzenten. Da kann es vorkommen, dass die Fleischwurst zwischen Flensburg und Garmisch die gleiche Geschmacksrichtung hat. Fleisch- und Wurstwaren sind nirgendwo besser als beim Fleischer um die Ecke, der auch noch selbst schlachtet und die frisch verarbeitete Ware direkt \u00fcber die Theke an die Kunden verkauft. Bestehende EU-Schlachtverordnungen machen es den Fleischerbetrieben schwer. Die Fleischerei Hemsing besitzt die entsprechenden Zertifikate und ist damit einer der wenigen inhabergef\u00fchrten handwerklichen Schlachtbetriebe im Kreis Borken, die mit ihrem Namen und dem f-Zeichen f\u00fcr die Qualit\u00e4t der Produkte stehen.<\/p>\n<p><b>\u00a9 2016 &#8211; heimatverein-suedlohn.de<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Nachtrag lt. Juni 2022 schreibt Frank Hemsing:<\/p>\n<p>Liebe Kundschaft, Freunde und Follower, &#8211; heute wenden wir uns an Euch, mit einer weniger erfreulichen Mitteilung. Nach reiflicher \u00dcberlegung haben wir uns schweren Herzens dazu entschlossen, unseren Familienbetrieb nach fast 75 Jahren zu schlie\u00dfen. Sowohl der Personalmangel als auch der immer gr\u00f6\u00dfer werdende Aufwand f\u00fcr Dokumentationen, Nachverfolgungen, die Einhaltung von beh\u00f6rdlichen Auflagen und Vorschriften beanspruchen uns und unsere Mitarbeiter zunehmend.
