Neue Wohnformen, etwa eine Senioren-WG, bieten die M\u00f6glichkeit, gemeinsam mit anderen in der selben Lebenssituation zu leben. Das Haus Georg ist so eine Wohngemeinschaft f\u00fcr an Demenz erkrankte Personen. Als der Dipl.-Ing. Heinrich Wilhelm Koch im Jahre 2008 \u00dcberlegungen anstellte, wie so ein Haus am besten erbaut wird, kam f\u00fcr ihn als \u00f6ffentlich bestellter und vereidigter Sachverst\u00e4ndiger f\u00fcr das Zimmerhandwerk nur ein Geb\u00e4ude infrage, welches \u00f6kologischen Gesichtspunkten in besonderer Weise Rechnung tr\u00e4gt.<\/p>\n<p>So entstand am S\u00fcdwall 39 ein behindertengerechtes, gro\u00dfz\u00fcgiges barrierefreies Haus nach modernen \u00f6kologischen Gesichtspunkten, welches von der Familie Koch betrieben wird. Das in in Holzrahmenbauweise entstandene Haus ist aufgrund der hohen W\u00e4rmed\u00e4mmung sehr energiesparend. Es wurden Fenster mit 3-fach Verglasung eingebaut. Eine zentrale L\u00fcftungsanlage mit W\u00e4rmer\u00fcckgewinnung sorgt f\u00fcr st\u00e4ndig angenehme und frische Luft. Der Betrachter sieht das Haus mit einem gr\u00fcnen Kr\u00e4uterdach und einer L\u00e4rchenholzverschalung. Der helle Wohn- und Essbereich geht in einen Wintergarten \u00fcber. Es schlie\u00dfen sich Terrassen an, die in den Sinnesgarten f\u00fchren. Dieser ist behindertengerecht mit Hochbeeten angelegt, die ersten \u00c4pfel k\u00f6nnen schon im Herbst geerntet werden. Das Wohnkonzept selbst ist als Wohngemeinschaft ganz speziell f\u00fcr an Demenz erkrankte Senioren ausgerichtet. F\u00fcr maximal 11 Wohngemeinschaftsmitglieder ergibt sich ein g\u00fcnstiges Verh\u00e4ltnis des Betreuungspersonals. Das Pflegepersonal kann sich auf die individuellen Bed\u00fcrfnisse der einzelnen Bewohner einstellen. Das Zusammenleben wird wie in einer gro\u00dfen Familie gepflegt. Die Bewohner besch\u00e4ftigen sich wie zu Hause mit Einkaufen, Kochen, Aufr\u00e4umen oder Fernsehen. Die bekannten Abl\u00e4ufe geben Sicherheit und erh\u00f6hen die Lebensqualit\u00e4t, diese Vorteile werden durch die kleine Gemeinschaft gef\u00f6rdert.<\/p>\n<p>&#8222;Soviel Eigenst\u00e4ndigkeit wie m\u00f6glich, soviel Hilfe wie n\u00f6tig&#8220; &#8211; dieses bew\u00e4hrte Pflegekonzept wird umgesetzt durch die t\u00e4gliche Rund-um-die-Uhr-Betreuung, Pflege und Begleitung des
