nicht zu \u00fcbersehen. Im Jahre 1984 wurde das Unternehmen von Manfred Frechen unter den Namen &#8222;Athleticos&#8220; gegr\u00fcndet. Die Firma entwickelte sich im Laufe der Jahre zu einem Marktf\u00fchrer f\u00fcr Fenster, T\u00fcren und Fassaden aus Kunststoff und Aluminium.<\/p>\n<p>Rund 350 Mitarbeiter besch\u00e4ftigt das Unternehmen. Die Produktionsfl\u00e4che betr\u00e4gt mehr als 20.000 qm. Produziert wird an f\u00fcnf Standorten in Deutschland: 2x in S\u00fcdlohn (Kunststoff und Aluminium), in Berlin, in Ottendorf-Okrilla (Sachsen) und in Hohenkammer (Bayern). An allen Standorten zusammen k\u00f6nnen pro Tag ca. 1.250 Rahmen geschwei\u00dft werden.<\/p>\n<p>Fenster und T\u00fcren geh\u00f6ren zu den am meisten bewegten Bauelementen im Hochbau. Deshalb spielt nicht nur das Design eine Rolle. Die dauerhafte Funktionsf\u00e4higkeit der Elemente hat eine gro\u00dfe Bedeutung. GERMAN WINDOWS geht einen einfachen und zugleich schwierigen Weg: Die Erlangung des RAL G\u00fctezeichens f\u00fcr Fenster, Haust\u00fcren und Fassaden ist Zeichen daf\u00fcr, dass die Produkte nach deutschen Qualit\u00e4tsstandards hergestellt werden und \u201eMade in Germany\u201c einen hohen Stellenwert hat.
